- HAUNDI farm we have 4 hectares under organic
production and a great diversity of different kinds of fruit. |

We
make our jams, jellies and marmalades using traditional methods and sometimes
with innovations introduced by ourselves. We use only fruit, organic cane
sugar and with a couple of varieties, spices. The entire process is by
hand and the type of fruit, stage of maturity and other factors are taken
into account. When the process is finished the jam goes to a resting room
to settle for a time before it is sold. |
